If there was ever a Christmas song that leaves you speechless and with goosebumps…this would be it.

If there was something you knew made a positive impact on people all around the globe, you’d know it was special. Sometimes a message hits just right, or it’s the perfect time and place, or a combination of people who work together to make it all happen. When it does happen, we know the world is made better by it and it’s worth sharing with each other.

And this production is nothing short of that.

As classical musicians, The Piano Guys have toured worldwide and brought a compilation of classical and modern music to eager listeners, who enjoy the tradition of an older style of music, but who also identify with the comfort and familiarity of the same artists you hear when you turn on the radio.

Not only that, but when they collaborate with other musicians who are equally as experienced and far-reaching, you end up with a stunning display or talent. Singer and producer Peter Hollens is, as an understatement, an internet sensation based out of his popular YouTube channel and even though you can attribute that to his stellar editing and social media skills, you know the main reason is his passion.

He simply loves to offer to the world what brings him the most joy.

And not to mention, there is yet another artist who enters the joyful collaboration. American Idol pop star David Archuleta, with his infectious smile and warm presence, offers a perfect harmony to the group of singers and instrumentalists.

When the music starts, it causes you to think that the production is solely musical – which would be beautiful by itself, but there is another reason why this production has reached so many hearts worldwide, and that is because there is a much larger message than just the music, coming from a much larger group of people who humbly want to deliver it.

Soon after some adorable children enter the scene with their robes and sandaled feet, a hint of more characters arriving lets you know there is more to come.

We have all seen a nativity scene where even if it is rudimentary or accomplished on a low budget, there is something quaint and charming about it, especially with the youngest of shepherds and cute, hoofed donkey costumes.

But this version is far from rudimentary. When the screen fills with a multitude of people who are singing as a choir of angels, an enormous amount of energy is brought forth with enormous impact. Singers young and old come forth dressed in long gowns that are seemingly glowing – And the effect is quite heavenly. And this is even before the real star of the show arrives!

During a time when we all, no matter where we are in the world, need a message of hope and positivity, this one hits exactly right. Listeners describe an overwhelmingly positive effect as they watched, seeming thankful that somewhere, you can find others who want to give thanks and offer hope, no matter what may be happening around them.

And what better way to adorn the message than with the most expressive and sincere musicians, wide-eyed children, and smiling adults of all ages, watching the wonder unfold before them. Through the well-loved melody of the hymn, “Angels We Have Heard On High,” listen and watch this glimmering display of the most important message they have to offer: Share the gift!

It’s a video that truly can’t be missed this holiday season and you can watch it below.
